Assign to Service
Install at a premise
For equipment that is in place before anybody orders service there, or stays after somebody leaves. The next service created at that premise picks it up.
Retire Device
Retiring means this device will not be used again. Say why, so the log and the export can tell a thrown-away unit from one the manufacturer took back.
Mark as Damaged
The device stays with whoever holds it now; only its state changes.
Replace device
The new device is installed at the same address and this one comes out. Both keep a link to each other in the history.
Scan barcode
Point the camera at the barcode.
