Notification settings

What you get told about, and how.

What you get told about

Only the kinds your role can see are listed. "In app" is the red badge, the bell and the Notifications page. Email is per kind: off, one email per event, or one daily digest. Push goes to the ISPBox Field app on your phone; by default only for things addressed to you.

Event In app Email Push

Ticket opened

A customer, an agent or an email opened a new support ticket.

Ticket reply

A customer or an agent replied in a ticket. Goes to the assignee and the participants; without an assignee to the members of its group, or to everyone when it has no group either.

Ticket assigned to me

Someone assigned a ticket to you.

Ticket for my group

A ticket was put in the queue of a group you belong to and nobody has taken it yet.

Added to a ticket

Someone added you to a ticket as a participant. You then get its replies too.

New devices found

A DHCP discovery sweep found devices on a router that are not tied to a service yet (one notification per router).

Online order placed

A prospect ordered service on the coverage checker: client, first invoice and pay link were created on their own.

Reply to my feedback

The ISPbox team answered feedback you sent or changed its status.

Alert paged to me

An alert escalated to you, by name or because you are on call. The email and the app push carry a one-click Acknowledge.

Daily digest

Kinds set to "Daily digest" arrive together, once a day, with everything since the last one.

Workspace time (UTC).
